[video] Get back “on the wagon” in less than 3 minutes!
I just had a coaching session with a client —
I was helping her establish her best morning and bedtime routines.
As we were talking, it occurred to me that I had let a CRUCIAL part of my own morning routine fall.
That ends today!
I’m re-introducing my 2-3 mile walk to my daily morning routine—no matter the weather!
There is no bad weather, only bad clothing.
What about you...?
What habit have you dropped?
Or, what habit do you want to START?
Start today!
It’s never too late to start!
And, if you miss a day, a week, or a month or two…
that’s okay.
We’re human.
Get curious as to WHY you stopped doing that thing. What excuse did you give yourself to make it ok?
Ultimately, it doesn’t really matter why you stopped. What’s important is finding a COMPELLING REASON to start again.
For me, with the morning walk, I have 2 compelling reasons:
I feel amazing and am 20x more productive on days when I start my days with exercise
I want to live to be 104 and I believe that walking every day will play a huge part in getting me there.
So...
And what’s important about establishing YOUR new habit now?
