Martin Landau says to Ellen Burstyn in the movie Lovely, Still

“THERE’S NO CHANCE TO FAIL, IF YOU DON’T GIVE UP.”

Oh boy…what a sappy-sappy tear-jerker! (I loved it!) And I wanted to share this quote to remind you (and myself too) not to give up on your hopes, dreams, and aspirations.

So…what will you not give up on…? Organizing your home? Clearing clutter? Finding time to have fun?

***SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT*** I think this clip and this quote will mean so much more to you if I tell you the whole story. ***SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT*** These two have been married close to 50 years. But he has Alzheimer’s (as people tend to have in good tear-jerkers!) and he doesn’t remember their life together. ***SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT*** So she moves into a house across the street to be near him, look out for him, and to be his “new” romantic interest (without freaking him out too much over the fact that they’re actually married and he doesn’t remember). So the clip above is what he thinks is their first date. ***SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT*** OK then.
